Principal Product Owner

Principal Product Owner with 8 years in insurance, consumer health, and pharma. At Marsh I own brokering operations products that track $15bn+ in client premiums. Product work I led helped teams find $8m+ in new placement opportunities, with $2m in attributed revenue.

Before that, Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson: Amazon 360 with commercial users (sales uplift in the millions), and an EMEA automation function built from scratch with $800k CIO funding (2,800 hrs/year returned). Earlier roles at Pfizer in regulatory affairs and GSK in manufacturing. Used to delivering in heavily regulated environments.
